In the latest, Bihar CM Nitish Kumar has now decided to no-show Rahul Gandhi's champaran rally slated for later this month and instead send KC Tyagi as his emissary. The move is expected to have some consequences as the Champaran rally has been billed as Rahul's opening salvo in Bihar.
