The fight for dignity has entered 75th day. The ex-servicemen are likely to meet the Defence Minister to arrive at a consensus. According to sources, the only hitch remaining is a demand of 3% yearly increment in the pension amount by the veterans. Veterans are also not budging from their demand that OROP has to be implemented with effect from april 2014, as was announced by the bjp government after it came to power.
