'Relief Scam' probe report submitted to Uttarakhand Governor

A months after NewsX exposed how babus in Uttarakhand had looted public exchequer. The Uttarakhand government has provided clean chit to bureaucrats and officers who stayed in expensive hotels while relishing butter chicken, rasgulla and other delicacies in course of relief operation duty during the 2013 disaster. Chief Secretary N Ravishanker who was conducting an inquiry after NewsX report shifted the blame on to army officers who provided help during the 2013 disaster.
