Ram Jethmalani opposes CVC appointment of ex-CBDT chief KV Chowdary

Another appointments row has hit the NDA, Rajya Sabha MP and senior lawyer Ram Jethmalani has written to the President opposing the NDA's choice of KC Chowdary as the CVC. Jethmalani has claimed that the Chowdary has criminal cases against him in the past and he used some corrupt elements in to get his name cleared.
