Dharamshala gangrape case: Police call it 'rumour', CM terms it 'political conspiracy'

A day after a Special Investigation Team (SIT) was formed and an FIR registered in connection with alleged rape case in a Degree College in Dharamsala, police now claimed the entire matter as a rumour.
