Delhi gangrape case: Defence lawyer calls Judgement as Political, faces ire

Defence Counsel in the Damini gang rape case, AP Singh's sexist remark draws flak from across the country. But the lawyer remains defiant even as the bar council takes suo moto cognisance promising strict action.
While, Singh has still not been punished for promoting honour killing. He did retract his statement on NewsX but is that enough to stop misogynists like him. Bar Council says AP Singh's remark comes under "professional misconduct" and a decision will be taken on 20th September.
