Chief Minister ML Khattar finnaly reaches at Nartyr's home to pay respect to Navy officer Lt Kiran Shekhawat. Navy officer Lt Kiran Shekhawat, who died in a crash off Goa coast was allegedly insulted by her home state Haryana's CM. The martyr's family claims that ML khattar promised to visit her funeral ceremony and other rituals twice but only to cancel it last minute.
