Sources have told NewsX that a survivor of the encounter has come out and has alleged that seven out of the 20 slain loggers were pulled out of a bus & arrested a day before they were shot dead..

Andhra Pradesh Civil Liberties Committee, an organisation has claimed that it has managed to trace the survivor and will be produced before the NHRC...Tamil parties have alleged that the Andhra police staged a fake encounter and killed men were not smugglers but labourers hired by smugglers..Andhra Pradesh CM Chandrababu naidu has ordered a magisterial probe into the alleged massacre.
