Church attacks in India: Christian schools to be shut in Maharashtra for a day

In Maharashtra, Christian schools are all set to be shut on wednesday after the attack on one of the christians' school. Christians schools has called a one day bandh. Maharashtra Revenue Minister Eknath Khadse sparked off a controversy by saying that there could be a foreign hand behind the Church attack. The Opposition also created an uproar in the state Assembly over the issue with the National Congress Party walking out of the Assembly over the issue. On Sunday, Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis said promised action and said that the three attackers have been identified and will be arrested soon.
