Arvind Kejriwal has decided to appoint 21 Parliamentary Secretaries to support his six ministers in Delhi Government. The numbers have shocked everyone the opposition blaming Kejriwal for wasting public money to satisfy the ego of his ministers. What makes it even more shocking is the fact that Delhi has never had more than three Parliamentary Secretaries, ever since its reconstitution in 1993.
