Ajit Pawar addresses media in Mumbai

The NCP today announced that Ajit Pawar will be its leader in the Maharashtra Assembly, adding that all further decisions to be taken about the party's support to the BJP will be taken only after Diwali.
Speaking to reporters outside the party office, Pawar said: "Our workers have done a great job, we will work to our best efforts and play a crucial role in the assembly."
