कश्मीर घाटी में आतंकियों ने बुजदिली और कायरना करतूत की. जम्मू कश्मीर के शोपिया में आतंकियों ने 3 SPO को अगवा कर उनकी हत्या कर दी. आतंकी संगठन हिजबुल ने कुछ दिन पहले सभी SPO को नौकरी छोड़ने की धमकी दी थी. इस हत्याकांड को उसी धमकी से जोड़कर देखा जा रहा है.
