Mehbooba Mufti govt draws criticism, Rs 6 lakh reward for surrendered terrorists & Rs 3000 to martyred SPO
  • 6 years ago
On Thursday, the nation bid a teary farewell to Special Police Official Mohammad Yousaf. One among the five Bravehearts who laid down their lives fighting terrorists. The lone bread earner of the family, he is survived by his aged parents, three sons and two minor daughters, the youngest being five years old. But what his family will get from Mehbooba Mufti government is a meagre sum of three thousand rupees. While, on the other hand, Jammu and Kashmir government have already announced Rs 6 lakh reward for terrorists who surrender. If this betrayal wasn't enough, these terrorists would also receive a stipend of Rs 4,000. This is not the first time Mehbooba government has betrayed our forces. Be it the amnesty to stone pelters or crores which are spent of Pakistan backed separatists, the decisions by J&K government has time and again drawn ire.
