Jayalalithaa keen on building cordial ties with PM Modi

At a meeting with thirty seven newly elected Members of Parliament from her party today in Chennai, Tamil Nadu Chief Minister J Jayalalithaa has made her plan in Parliament clear. She briefed the MPs about her conversations with PM designate Narendra Modi and BJP party President Rajnath Singh.
Jayalalithaa told her MPs that the centre expects a cordial relationship with her party and government. She told her MPs that the AIADMK will be cordial to the government, and in certain issues of governance the party will remain 'neutral'.
