After threatening to jail the media and threatening to contest against Narendra Modi from Varanasi, Arvind Kejriwal has allegedly said that instead of simply conducting a referendum to ask people if he should contest the polls against Modi, he would first conduct a referendum to ask people if AAP could conduct a referendum to ask them if he should contest.
