No violation of rules in giving parole to Sanjay Dutt, says Prithviraj Chavan

Maharashtra Chief Minister Prithviraj Chavan has come to the defence of actor Sanjay Dutt, convict in 1993 Bombay blasts case, whose parole has been extended by the court for the third time.
Chavan on Wednesday said, "No rules were violated in granting parole."

Actor Sanjay Dutt's parole in the 1993 Mumbai blasts case has been extended up to March 21.
