The Pune Rural police have registered two FIRs against MNS chief Raj Thackeray for allegedly instigating his party workers to ransack toll. The attacks on toll booths run by the government or authorised private agencies were launched Sunday night in at least eight cities across the state.


Over the past few days, more than 70 political activists have been taken into custody. Yesterday, Mumbai police detained at least 25 MNS activists after they vandalised a toll booth at the Rajiv Gandhi Bandra-Worli sea link.


Thackeray may visit Pune today for an important meeting with some corporators. Reports also claim that Raj Thackeray may face an arrest if he will be find in Pune today.
