Opposition created ruckus in Rajya Sabha on Saturday against the hasty passage of a Constitution Amendment Bill regarding appointment of judges to higher courts, leading to two adjournments of the House before noon.As soon as the House met for the day, Ravi Shankar Prasad (BJP) said Law Minister Kapil Sibal got the Constitution (120th Amendment) Bill, 2013 passed in haste in Rajya Sabha, despite a demand for referring it to the Standing Committee, but failed to take it up in Lok Sabha.
