The OBC Amendment Bill was to be introduced in the Rajya Sabha today, but yesterday the leaders of the opposition parties created a ruckus. Leaders of opposition parties reached the well and climbed on the desk and threw the rule bull towards the seat. The opposition alleges that their voice is being suppressed in the House. At the same time, the government says that the leaders of the opposition parties are deliberately disrupting the proceedings of the House.
