Speak out India: Does the Supreme Court verdict imply that Indians are not free citizens?

By saying its not under supreme court jurisdiction to amend law and is only done by the legislators the Court has put the onus on the Parliament.

Though the government has assured full cooperation the gay rights activist have taken their comments with a pinch of salt. But will our parliamentarians stand up and defend gay rights in India.
