New Delhi: More Congress leaders are coming out in the open demanding a revamp of the party following the severe mauling in the recent Assembly elections in Delhi, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh. In fact senior Congress leader Mani Shankar Aiyar said the decision to name Manmohan Singh as the Prime Minister should have been reversed.

Claiming that he had question the wisdom of making Manmohan Singh the Prime Minister earlier too, Aiyar said that no Congress leader listened to him then. Aiyar also demanded a revamp of the party structure and added that Congress should sit in opposition and reinvent itself.
