Congress leader Mani Shankar Aiyar in an interview has said that Congress can be run either by mother or son. The rumour mill is in overdrive with the news indicating that soon Congress vice-president Rahul Gandhi will take over the charge of the party president from his mother and current president, Sonia Gandhi.
