Serial rapist M Jaishankar: Sympathy for serial rapist?

In an unexpected development, a court in Bangalore has allowed relief for serial rapist M Jaishankar, who was recaptured only last month after an outrageous escape attempt from prison.
Jaishankar has 26 cases of rape and murder against him; however he will continue to stay out of jail. This after injuries sustained during his escape attempt put him in hospital. The decision came after the prison authorities applied to take Jaishankar in custody.
The Court maintained that Jaishankar was medically unfit and could not be jailed at the moment. Victim's kin are outraged at the decision.
