Oindrila ragging case: More than 300 schools administered by Christians in West Bengal plan to close

Archbishop of Kolkata Thomas D'Souza addresses media on Chirst Church School incident. West Bengal Association of Christian Schools called an emergency meeting. Our sympathy and condolences with the bereaved family. We strongly condemn the vandalism in the school. We strongly demand identification and immediate arrest of those involved in the criminal act.
We strongly demand unconditional release of Principal Helen Sarkar , she was made to resign under duress. All 1000 Christian schools will be closed on Thursday September 19 as a mark of protest and it will be observed as Black Day.
