Ragging Rage in West Bengal : Fifth standard student ragged by seniors

Another ragging case has surfaced in West Bengal where a 5th class student was allegedly harassed and bullied by seniors.
The school under the scanner is St Xavier's School in Raiganj in Uttar Dinapur district. The victim has said that seniors wearing masks were bullying and harassing him for the past few days and had even hurt him in the hand with a compass.
Parents staged protest in large numbers outside the school and RAF had to be called in to keep situation under control. His father had filed an FIR. State administration has assured the parents of an enquiry.
