Coalgate Missing Files: Prime Minister addresses Rajya Sabha on missing files

The Prime Minister, finally succumbed to opposition's demands for a clarification on the missing files and spoke in the Rajya Sabha saying that the Government had nothing to hide and that they will ensure all the files are submitted to the CBI within 2 weeks.
The statement came after continuous allegations by the opposition that the government was covering up. The opposition though was not ready to buy PM's explanation and Rajya Sabha has now been adjourned.
Opposition is alleging that government is covering up in the issue of missing files where 120 crore rupees has been siphoned off in the scam. BJP and Left are repeatedly asking the government as to why no FIR has been lodged in the case of destruction of evidence.
They want PM to explain as to who are involved in the coal scam, what action has been taken and why no FIR has been lodged in case of missing files.
