Durga Shakti Nagpal: SC to hear PIL today, Will Durga Shakti get Justice?

The Supreme Court will hear a Public Interest Litigation petitioned by advocate ML Sharma who sought the stay of the suspension and consequent issuance of charge sheet to Indian Administrative Service officer Durga Shakti Nagpal.
The PIL was filed in the wake of the Samajwadi Party Government's refusal to withdraw her suspension despite overwhelming evidence that Nagpal was not responsible for demolishing the wall and the action taken against her was both unwarranted and unjust.
