Odd-even plan: An odd start to New Year in Delhi and perhaps, cleaner air

As the odd-even vehicle plan began Friday morning, people were waiting to see how the Delhi government's experiment to check air pollution will unfold. It will no doubt reduce traffic density and may have some impact on pollution, but commuting will be a pain.
