Kejriwal talks about odd even formula and promises 4000 buses more

Kejriwal assured that the odd even formula is for addressing the problem of pollution in delhi. He again urged general public for a full suuport and cooperation for a an effective execution of odd even formula. He said this is a trial for couple of week and he proposed that this will be made permanent after few months.
