NewsX: Panchayat polls phase one in Andhra Pradesh on its way

NewsX: Panchayat polls phase one begins today in Andhra Pradesh. The election commission has decided to use the old paper ballot boxes in the elections. Polling started today from 7 A.M. and will end by 2 P.M. The results will be declared by 5 P.M. in the evening.
