NewsX: Bihar Mid-day Meal: Blame on School Principal

NewsX: In the first of multiple probes into the incident, the inquiry report by the Chhapra commissioner in the midday meal tragedy has said that the principal of the school is responsible for the deaths of the students.The school's principal and her relatives are currently absconding.

The mid day meal nightmare in Chappra district of Bihar has brought the ghost out as far as eating mid day meals are concerned.
