National Herald case: Gandhis to appear before court on Dec 19, Rahul says it’s ‘vendetta’ politics

A Delhi court on Tuesday granted Congress President Sonia Gandhi and its vice president Rahul Gandhi exemption from personal appearance in the National Herald case. The court has asked them to appear before it on December 19. Metropolitan Magistrate Lovleen allowed the plea Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi seeking exemption personal appearance. The court has all the six accused persons to appear in person on December 19. “All six accused persons are directed to appear on December 19,” said M M Lovleen.
