NewsX: Bihar government in damamge control mode, a day after 22 children succumbed to murderous mid-may meal served at their school in Chhapra. The Bihar Education Department issues a new directive asking all school principals and cooks to ensure that they taste the mid-day meals first before feeding it to the children.

The advert also instructs schools not to store insecticides along food ingredients and cattle feed to prevent contamination of the food given to school children.
