NewsX: Congress Working Committee to take final call on Telangana

NewsX: The Congress core group meeting yesterday proved inconclusive, they referred the issue to party's high command and the Congress Working Committee.
Sources in the party say although no decision has been taken so far, the mood is in favour of a separate state.
