NewsX: No decision on Telangana in Congress meet

NewsX: The Congress core group meeting yesterday decided to refer the issue to the party's top decision-making body, that is, the Congress Working Committee.
Sources in the party say although no decision was not taken so far, the mood in favour of a separate state.
