Congress vice-president Rahul Gandhi on Wednesday attacked Modi government for not keeping the promises made to the voters ahead of the 2014 Lok Sabha elections. Addressing an election rally in Bihar's Sheikhpura district, Rahul Gandhi said that the NDA government was working only for the "rich" while the poor and weaker sections continue to suffer.
