Women and Child Development Minister Smriti Irani on February 4 said that the Modi govt re-established social investment as an investment in the future of nation through this year’s budget. Addressing a Press Conference in Kolkata, Irani said, “PM's resolution of building a New India reflects in 'Saptarishi' of Union Budget 2023. With resolution of inclusive growth, enhanced infrastructure spend, Modi Govt re-established social investment as investment in future of nation through Budget.”
