NewsX: TRS talks to Mamata on 2014 election plans

NewsX: The Telangana Rashtra Samithi has appointed former Congress working Committee member K Keshava Rao as its national affairs committee convener. The appointment is being seen as a step towards the TRS, trying to make a national presence for itself.
