NewsX: Veteran lawyer Ram Jethmalani has hit back at BJP for expelling him from the party. Jethmalani says BJP's action will be punished by the people.
Jethmalani, who had been critical of the BJP leadership and had revolted against the then party chief Nitin Gadkari, was on Tuesday May 28th expelled from the primary membership of the party for six years on charges of "breach of discipline".
In a strongly-worded letter, the 89-year-old Rajya Sabha member has written to BJP Chief Rajnath Singh that "by this stupid order of expulsion, the party has committed suicide."He is abroad at the moment and here's what he told NewsX on phone.
