India News: BJP today expels Ram Jethmalani for six years from primary membership of the party.

Last year in November, just a day after he questioned his party's stand on the appointment of the new CBI director, the BJP had suspended Ram Jethmalani from the party "with immediate effect".

The decision had come just hours after the octogenarian taunted the party leadership once again, saying it did not have the "guts" to take action against him.
