NewsX: A woman lawyer who was arrested over alleged defamatory comment on facebook against Former Andhra Chief Minister K. Rosaiah and a Congress MLA granted bail .

The advocate who is a member of PUCL was arrested and sent to Judicial custody for 14 days. The congress MLA filed a complaint against the advocate claiming that the woman called him a paedophile. Andhra Pradesh police arrested her under section 66A of IT act.
