A Delhi court on Thursday rejected former Delhi law minister Jitender Singh Tomar’s request for interim bail in fake degree case. Court deferred the hearing of the bail plea in the case for June 16. Court rejected Tomar’s request for interim bail saying it will further “complicate” the matter in the present circumstances. Meanwhile, a day after being taken to Faizabad for questioning, Tomar will be taken to Bhagalpur in Bihar on Thursday, where he procured his alleged fake law degree from. Tomar will first be taken to Patna from Faizabad and will then proceed to Bhagalpur by road. The AAP leader claims that he received his law degree from Tilka Manjhi Bhagalpur University. This comes a day after the police interrogated Tomar in Faizabad, where he got his alleged fake B.Sc. degree from Awadh University.
