Two teenaged sisters, a 14-year-old and a 12-year-old, from Punjab's Muktsar district on Thursday alleged harassment by the conductor of bus that belonged to a company owned by Akali Dal leader Hardeep Singh Dhillon alias Dimpy. The incident had taken place on Tuesday afternoon but the girls' father alleged that police refused to register an FIR. "The family approached me this morning. We cannot file an FIR until the probe is over," said Muktsar SSP Kuldeep Singh Chahal. The SSP also said that the father did not approach the local SHO leading to the delay.
