A woman was sexually harassed outside her house in Bengaluru after an altercation with her neighbour. The woman has alleged that even as her neighbour abused her, bystanders did not come forward to help her. "As soon as I told him off for arguing with my father, he started using abusive language to me. Not only that, he opened out his pants as well," she said.
