Stringent anti-rape laws have failed to take any effect on the rape horror in the Capital. A 10-year-old girl was allegedly raped inside a bus in Delhi's Sultanpuri area on Saturday. Police say that girl had gone to play inside the bus parked near the slum cluster where the family stays, when the driver allegedly raped her there. Locals caught hold of the driver Rakesh and handed him over to the police. A case has been registered and further investigations are on.
