A 30-year-old Finnish woman was raped allegedly by a youth at a south Delhi guesthouse after he offered her a lift, police said. A case was filed against 25 year old Elvis Mentanna after a medical examination confirmed that the victim was sexually assaulted. Elvis hails from Andaman and Nicobar Islands and currently resides in Mumbai with his parents. Elvis Mentanna was arrested and a case under sections 376 (rape) and 506 (criminal intimidation) was registered against him, a senior police official said.
