The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) on Wednesday boycotted an all-party meeting called by the state Speaker Uday Narain Choudhary ahead of the Assembly session.
The Bihar Assembly is scheduled to meet on February 20 for Chief Minister Jitan Ram Manjhi to prove his majority.
