Swamy seeks arrest of Vaiko over SL envoy remark

The fallout over Sri Lanka's alleged war crimes against Tamils continues to rear its ugly head in Tamil Nadu. MDMK leader Vaiko's demand seeking criminal prosecution of Sri Lankan envoy Prasad Kariyaswami under sedition charges for allegedly trying to instigate North Indians against the people of Tamil Nadu has boomeranged on him. Janata Party president Subramanian Swamy has termed MDMK Chief Vaiko's remark as scurrilous and has demanded his arrest under sections 124A and 125 of IPC.
