Today Arvinder Singh Lovely addressed a press conference in Delhi before the elections in which he has promised Delhi people that he will reduce unit rates at 1.50 rupeesper unit till 200 units.
In response to these promises BJP spokesperson has commented on Rahul Gandhi as a useless person in the party.
