Charges have been framed against actor Govinda in connection with a 2008 slap case. Borivali magistrate court has framed charges under section 352, that is criminal force, 323, assault and 506 of the IPC. Now this case regular hearing will starts on 24 april. Govinda had allegedly slapped a person santosh Raj on the sets of 'Money Hai to Honey Hai.' Santosh had come on the sets to see the shoot. The actor had said that he slapped because santosh was creating nuisance on the sets.
